>

I characterise silicon and wide-bandgap semiconductors — GaN, AlGaN/GaN HEMTs and SiC — with non-contact corona-Kelvin metrology, and study how hybrid perovskites are born and how they die.

About

Physics at the wafer scale, and at the unit cell.

Si 4H-SiC GaN / HEMT Perovskite

I am an industry scientist working on silicon and wide-bandgap semiconductors (4H-SiC, GaN/AlGaN HEMTs). I design experiments, build analysis pipelines, and create interactive visualisations for wafer-scale data and device modelling.

I perform in-depth data interpretation and technical reporting, linking experimental results to device physics and guiding customer applications.
